Leesburg Today is accepting nominations for an expanded program to honor Loudoun County’s up-and-coming business and community leaders.

Building on the success of the “30 Under 30” recognition created by its sister publication, Loudoun Business and the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals group, the newspaper is launching a “40 Under 40” honor this year.

“40 Under 40” is designed to recognize the county’s top young professionals for their business accomplishments and community leadership.

Anyone under the age of 40 who lives or works in Loudoun County is eligible for the honor. Online nominations are due April 30.

Nominees will be contacted for additional information during the selection process, and final selections will be made in June. Honorees will be recognized in a “40 Under 40” section to publish in Leesburg Today, as well as during a special event in August.

To nominate a colleague, friend or community leader, go to www.leesburgtoday.com/business/40under40/.

Welcome to the discussion.
