More than 250 potential homebuyers have signed up to be residents at The Preserve At Goose Creek—a soon-to-be community located alongside the Goose Creek at the intersection of Belmont Ridge Road and the Dulles Greenway (exit 4).
The first homes in the community—which is being built by Lennar Homes—are expected to be move-in ready this summer, after a year of site development.
Homes in The Preserve at Goose Creek are priced from the mid-$500,000s. They will start at 3,000 square feet, featuring four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a two-car garage. Every home also will include stainless steel GE appliances, granite countertops and hardwood floors, as well as Home Automation Systems through Nexia Home Intelligence. With the technology, residents can control locks, lighting and temperature, as well as view a live video feed from an indoor camera, using a smart phone, tablet or computer.
The community also will have Junior Olympic and kiddie pools, a community center with an exercise studio, tot lots, walking trails and natural wooded green space.
“The Preserve at Goose Creek is shaping up to be very special, and our pre-sale homebuyers confirm our expectation that this community will meet a lot of pent-up demand in this segment of the new home market,” Dave McCarthy, Lennar Virginia president, said in a press release.
“Having stunning views, gorgeous homes and tranquility, while also being convenient to northern Virginia’s many major employers, provides a unique opportunity to new homebuyers. We’re confident that anyone who visits The Preserve at Goose Creek will be excited about the chance to purchase a home in this community.”
