Two teenagers and a 20-year-old man have been arrested for a drug-related robbery that occurred yesterday afternoon, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
An 18-year-old Chantilly man reported he was assaulted and robbed at gunpoint near Shaw Road in Sterling between 2:30 and 3 p.m. Wednesday by three people in a vehicle. A wallet and smartphone were reportedly taken from the victim.
Investigators determined the incident was drug-related and occurred on Saynamkhan Court in Sterling. A lookout was issued for the suspects' vehicle it was found by the Herndon Police Department in the town.
Jean Bertrand Ehounoud, 20, and Steven D. Fields, 19, both of Sterling, were charged with robbery. A 17-year-old boy from Ashburn also was charged with robbery. Ehounoud and Fields remain held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond. The 17-year-old was being held at the Loudoun County Juvenile Detention Center.
